Does EG Homes Florida build in gated communities in Boca Raton?

Yes. We have extensive experience building and remodeling homes inside Boca Raton's gated communities, including neighborhoods governed by strict Architectural Review Boards. We manage all ARB submissions, design revisions, and approval coordination as part of our standard process.

What is the cost range for a luxury custom home in Boca Raton?

Luxury custom home construction in Boca Raton typically ranges from $450 to $700+ per square foot for finished living area, reflecting the premium material standards and code requirements of South Florida high-end construction. EG Homes Florida provides transparent, line-item cost estimates at the start of every engagement.

Can EG Homes Florida handle both the home and outdoor living areas?

Yes. EG Homes Florida coordinates the full exterior package including covered lanais, summer kitchens, pool decks, screen enclosures, and landscape integration so your Boca Raton home's indoor-outdoor flow is designed and built cohesively rather than stitched together by multiple contractors.

How does EG Homes Florida handle Boca Raton's building permit process?

Our team prepares complete permit packages including architectural plans, MEP drawings, energy calculations, and structural engineering and submits directly to the City of Boca Raton Building Department. We track status, respond to plan review comments, and follow permits through to the certificate of occupancy.

Do you offer home renovation services for older Boca Raton homes?

Absolutely. Many of Boca Raton's established neighborhoods have homes built in the 1970s through 1990s that are ideal candidates for a full renovation. EG Homes Florida specializes in transforming older homes with modern open floor plans, updated MEP systems, impact windows, and luxury finishes that improve both livability and resale value.

What warranty does EG Homes Florida provide on Boca Raton projects?

EG Homes Florida provides a written workmanship warranty on all construction work. New construction projects comply with Florida's statutory implied warranty requirements. We stand behind our work and maintain direct communication with every client after project completion.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an excellent experience representing and working with Hunter and EG Homes from start to finish.Their communication was clear and consistent, timelines were honored, and the quality of construction truly stood out from homes in South Florida. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall professionalism made the entire process seamless. The home showed beautifully, inspections went smoothly, and the buyers were thrilled with the finished product. I would confidently recommend this builder to both buyers and fellow agents looking for a reliable, high-quality new construction partner.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hunter and his excellent team brought our 1949 classic Delray building back to its original beautiful self after some major water damage was discovered under the outside paneling. They listened to our needs, came up with great solutions and implemented the many steps needed from removing all the damage, putting water barriers in place, recreating new panels to match the old, painting the whole building and then left our home spotlessly clean. All aspects of our multi-week project were handled with a high level of care, aesthetic awareness and attention to details. We will be forever grateful for their skill and professionalism. I give EG Homes the very highest of recommendations.
